GF Berry Crumble
Mix mix 5-6 cups fresh mixed berries, 2 T arrowroot flour, zest of 1 lemon, 1 T lemon juice in a bowl, then add to greased 8x8 dish.
In another bowl, mix 1 cup oats, 1/2 cup almond flour, 1/4 cup chopped almonds, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 tsp cinnamon, 3 T melted coconut oil, & 1/4 tsp salt.
Add topping to berry mixture and bake at 350 for about 35 minutes. Enjoy!
